Abstract
An analysis of the temperature dependency of the relaxation rate (T-1(-1)) in three poly-4-vinylpyridine (P4VP) resin samples, possessing fractal stru cture, doped with the Kramers ions Co2+, Yb3+, and Nd3+ indicated spin-frac ton relaxation over the 4.2-20 K range consistent with the Raman process in volving two-fracton inelastic scattering characterized by high localization .
