Abstract
Three fractures of the femoral neck after intramedullary nailing for diaphy seal fracture are reported. In two cases, the diagnosis was established aft er nailing but the iatrogenic etiology may be not sure because of an imperf ect primary radiological exploration. The localisation of the entry point a nd the rigidity of Grosse-Kempf's nail could be a contributive factor of th is exceptionnal complication.
