Abstract
The mechanism by which nanocrystallites are formed in the deposition of Co- P alloy films is investigated. The conditions of electrolysis and hypophosp hite adsorption on the cathode principally determine the nanocrystalline mi crostructure and the associated changes in magnetic properties of the film.
