Abstract
We have studied the effect of ageing on the photoluminescence of uncapped C
dS nanocrystals prepared using a chemical route. Two luminescence bands in
the energy range 1.55-2.48 eV were observed whose intensities were found to
increase with ageing. The luminescence properties obtained for different e
