Abstract
The physical implication of the changing feature of nuclear energy lev el statistics versus the structure parameter chi is discussed in this letter. It indicates that the changing characteristic is an evidence t hat the continuous dynamical transformation, which cannot be represent ed by the generators of the corresponding dynamical group. is a necess ary condition for chaotic motion taking place in the process of evolut ion.
