Abstract
Case Report: Aggressive fibromatosis is charaterized by residual and invasi
ve growth without metatases. We report on 32-year-old man who had hydroneph
rosis due to this rare disease and was treated by complete tumor resection.
However, the extent of the aggressive fibromatosis in this patient was rem
arkable.
Problems with differential diagnoses, diagnostic procedures and treatment m
odalities are presented. The current literature is discussed.
