Laryngeal papillomatosis (LP) is the most frequent benign neoplasm of
the larynx. Clinically it causes hoarseness and upper airway obstructi
on. Though the LP has the potential to endanger life by asphyxiation,
this unfortunate outcome is extremely rare. We report the case of a 19
