In this paper we investigate the effect on the anisotropy of CBR temperatur
e fluctuation by the intrinsic transverse motions of galaxy clusters acting
as gravitational lenses randomly distributed in space. The Hernquist model
is used for the density structure and gravitational lensing of the cluster
s. The anisotropy is calculated for 1) the standard cold dark matter model
and 2) Peebles' isocurvature baryon model. The calculated values, higher in
2) than in 1), depend sensitively on the bias parameter and are below Kell
erman's (1986) observed upper limits.
