Abstract
In our work the nonlinear Lie algebra and concept of shift operator are int roduced, based on that the eigenproblem of one-dimensional spin-1/2 Heisenb erg ferromagnetic chain can be solved. The results achieved from the usual Bethe ansatz method are recovered naturally.
