Abstract
A new current source flip-flop is presented which delivers an analogue curr ent according to the state it stores. To enhance precision the output curre nt is delivered while the main transistors are biased as CMOS compatible la teral bipolars For reading and writing, these transistors are biased as reg ular MOS transistors. The resulting cell is extremely compact, allows low-v oltage operation and is useful for neural and fuzzy based mixed mode proces sing systems.
