lectroosmotic flow are presented, as well as mathematical modelling an
d computer simulation of electromigration methods. The principles of c
apillary electromigration separation techniques, zone electrophoresis,
isotachophoresis, isoelectric focusing, electrophoresis in sieving me
dia, bioaffinity electrophoresis, electrokinetic chromatography, and e
lectrochromatography are described.
