Abstract
A simple method was developed for measuring the paracetamol concentrat ion in human serum by reversed-phase HPLC. The suggested method is suf ficiently precise, sensitive, and selective. The time of proper analys is does not exceed 15 min. The linear response of the detector has bee n proved for the range of 1-80 mg.l(-1) paracetamol.
