The internal friction Q(-1) and shear modulus G measurements of CsH2AsO4 cr
ystal have been carried out in the temperature range from 20 to 175 degrees
C. Two peaks were found in the Q(-1)(T) curves, the first peak is near roo
m temperature, the second is at 162 degrees C and it is related to the phas
e transition from paraelectric to superionic phase. It is proposed that the
disordering in proton and I-I-bond network is responsible for Q(-1) and G
anomalies observed.
