Abstract
Mechanical movements in pseudorotaxanes, a molecular chameleon, rotaxanes, and catenanes induced as a result of some external stimuli have been descri bed. Structures of such supramolecules were investigated using X-ray crysta l analyses,H-1 NMR, and UV/Vis spectroscopy.
