Abstract
The rhodium-catalyzed amination of aromatic olefins and the palladium-catal yzed amidocarbonylation of aldehydes are presented as new atom-efficient me thods to yield biologically interesting amines and N-acyl amino acids. (C) 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
