Abstract
Study of the ultrafiltrational separation of the three-component syste ms: surfactant-water-NaCl and surfactant-water-toluene showed that the selectivity of this process significantly depends on the structure of the surfactant solution. Analysis of the ultrafiltration data allows the associative state of surfactant solutions in the region of critica l micellization concentration (CMC) to be characterized. The possibili ty of the toluene solubilization by the pre-micellar aggregates of sur factant molecules is shown.
