Abstract
The capacitance-voltage and polarization curves of an electrochemical cell with ceramic photoelectrodes based on Fe2O3 doped with the group IV element s are studied. The concentration of the donor centers and the electrodes' A at-band potentials are calculated. The electrochemical cell's equivalent ci rcuit and the limiting stage of the electrode process are determined by ana lyzing frequency dependences of the impedance. Discrepancies in the flat-ba nd potentials of semiconductor electrodes determined by different methods a re discussed.
