Abstract
Benzotriazolylalkyl chlorides 5 react with (hetero)aromatic Grignard reagen ts generated from the corresponding halogen derivatives to afford benzotria zoloalkyl(hetero)aromatic compounds 8a-k and 10a-c in good yields.
