Abstract
Radiation-induced segregation of Ni element in Fe-l wt%Ni alloy was investi gated by ion accelerator and high voltage electron microscope. The results show that the complexes of Ni, vacancy and hydrogen diffuse towards voids d ue to the inverse Kirkendall effect. NI atoms would precipitate along (110) planes near voids. Streak diffraction pattern from the coherent precipitat es of Ni can be observed.
