Abstract
Infiltration of the prostate is frequent in the course of leukaemia. It is usually asymptomatic or may present in the form of classical bladder neck o bstruction. The diagnosis is,generally esthablished during investigation of the prostate by biopsy or during treatment by resection. The authors repor t two cases of prostatic involvement in chronic lymphocytic leukaemia.
