Abstract
The authors report an usually uncommon case of psoas abscess after cystosto my for an acute urinary retention. Ultrasound and CT - Scan investigations suggested the diagnosis with confirmed by CT guided percutaneous drainage. On the basis of this observation, we discuss the mechanism and therapeutic aspects of this complication.
