Abstract
Chloroquine poisoning can cause life threatening cardiovascular disturbance s. We report three cases of suicide with chloroquine causing acute respirat ory insufficiency from pulmonamry oedema with lethal outcome, despite a tre atment with diazepam, epinephrine and mechanical ventilation.
