Abstract
For the last 20 years, the country has become acutely aware of a new enviro nmental risk known as Legionella (also known as Legionnaire's disease). Thi s article explores that issue from a legal perspective and considers potent ial theories of liability, risk, and defenses to legal claims arising from this disease.
