Abstract
The angular distribution parameter beta was measured for all final ionic st ates (S-4, D-2 and P-2) of the 2p-ionization of atomic oxygen in the photon energy range from 24 to 70 eV. Deviations from the LS-independent model we re observed. This effect maybe caused by final-state electron-ion interacti on and many-electron correlation. It was predicted by calculations.
