Abstract
This retrospective study assessed the outcome of primary angioplasty f or acute myocardial infarction performed during the ''off'' hours (nig hts and weekends) or during working hours in 288 consecutive patients. The times to admission and reperfusion, as well as the in-hospital ou tcomes, were similar in the 2 groups.
