Abstract
We first investigate the semileptonic annihilation decay B-c(-) --> eta'l(- )<(nu)over bar> QCD. We find the eta' momentum distribution is peaked withi n its small recoil region as a result of loop effects. The branching ratio is estimated to be B(B-c(-) --> eta' l(-)<(nu)over bar>) = 1.6 x 10(-4) for l = mu, e, which is accessible at CERN LHC. [S0556-2821(99)03715-7].
