Abstract
The phonolike excitations of (anti-)instanton ((I) over bar I) liquid due t o adiabatic Variations of wave functions are studied in this paper. The kin etic energy term is found and the proper effective Lagrangian for such exci tations is evaluated. The properties of their spectrum, while the correspon ding masses are defined by Lambda(QCD), are investigated based on the pheno menology of the QCD vacuum already developed. [S0556-2821(99)00517-2].
