Abstract
Yields are compared of 12 tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) cultivars ( Bufalo [control, a widely cultivated variety in the Province of Almeria, So utheast Spain], Corindon, Dombelo, GC-773, GC-775, Nancy, Nea, Sarky, Yunqu e, Volcani, 617/83 and 2084/81) grown under controlled greenhouse condition s: the most efficient was Sarky, followed by Corindon: The worst performanc e was by Volcani.
