Abstract
We report a 16 year old girl presenting with secondary amenorrhea, a histor y of voice coarsening, hirsutism and a body mass index of 35 kg/m(2). Pelvi c ultrasound and CT scans showed a retro uterine dense mass. She was operat ed and a left ovarian tumor was excised. Pathological examination disclosed a Sertoli-Leydig tumor.
