Introduction. - Sarcoma of the common pulmonary artery is a rare malignant
turner that call mimic pulmonary embolism.
Exegesis. - We report a case of a pulmonary artery sarcoma that occurred in
a 60-year-old woman and had an unusual (4-year duration) evolution.
Conclusion. - Early diagnosis with adequate surgical procedures (complete r
