Abstract
A traumatic injury of the anterior part of the corpus callosum led to a pec uliar symptomatology associating motor conflicting behavior (diagonistic dy spraxia or volontary ambivalence) and conflicting thoughts (emotional ambiv alence) inducing a distressing feeling.
