A 33-year-old man presented an acute motor demyelinating neuropathy followi
ng Campylobacter jejuni enteritis. The patient was improved with an IgIV tr
eatment. Clinical features and course time were compatible with the diagnos
is of a Guillain-Barre syndrome, The electrophysiologic studies were in fav
or of multifocal motor neuropathy with conduction blocks. We discuss the no
sologic group of this neuropathy.
