Abstract
Genomics, high-throughput screening and combinatorial chemistry promise dra matic productivity improvements in the drug-discovery process. However, wit hout powerful informatics systems. these promised efficiencies are unlikely to be realized. High-throughput informatics systems have been used to desi gn, register and track combinatorial libraries, and also to facilitate lead identification and the optimization process.
