Abstract
The incidence of live fetus co-existent with a hydatidiform mole is 1: 10 000-1:100 000 pregnancies. According to Vejerslev, 113 pregnancies which consisted of live fetus co-existent with a hydatidiform mole res ulted in 40 live born babies (1). We present here a case in which a li ve fetus co-existed with a complete mole and was born live at 27+1 wee k of pregnancy.
