Abstract
The effects of the adduct of imidazole and [Fe(Sal(2)en)](2+) oxidizing nit ric oxide electrocatalytically were studied in this paper. The adduct of th e 1 : 1 mole ratio of Im/[Fe(Sal(2)en)](2+) can improve twice the sensitivi ty at which [Fe(Sal(2)en)](2+) oxidizes nitric oxide. It is certain that th e media NO .[Fe(Sal(2)en)](2+) generates during the electro-oxidation of ni tric oxide, The electrode above has a good linear response in the range of 3x10(-6)similar to 2x10(-9) mol/L of NO, The detection limit is 2x10(-9) mo l/L, RSD%<0.5%, delta>0.999 4. It satisfys with the need of the phsiologica l analysis.
