Radiological teaching files on the Internet suffer from certain restri
ctions such as limited user interactivity. The Internet teaching proje
ct CONRAD (computer online network for radiological didactics) circumv
ents these restrictions by using a new database structure that also re
flects the development of a diagnosis over lime. The cases are present
ed in the Internet with different HTML-based leaching programs. To sup
port interactivity, CONRAD offers the building of online learning grou
ps over the Internet.
