Abstract
In a batch operation fluidized-bed. spray granulator, the granule growth me
chanisms of sodium benzoate and sodium carboxymethy-cellulose (CMC-Na) as b
inder are studied. The model of maximum liquid feed rate is developed, The
theoretical calculation is in reasonable agreement with the experimental da
ta with mean deviation being 17. 7%.
