Abstract
We report the case of a patient with Kaposi's sarcoma after kidney tra nsplantation. Despite the discontinuation of azathioprine and a reduct ion in the cyclosporin dosage, the disease continued to evolve, and an tineoplastic treatment became necessary. After 14 cycles of vinorelbin e chemotherapy, there was a 75% regression of the initial lesions, des pite the continuation of cyclosporin A.
