Abstract
The association of hereditary palmoplantar keratoderma and idiopathic clubbing of the digits in the same patient is uncommon. The differenti al diagnosis includes the Bureau-Barriere-Thomas syndrome, primary pac hydermoperiostosis, Fischer's and Volavsek's syndromes, and palmoplant ar keratoderma Vorner. A 30-year-old woman with palmoplantar keratoder ma and clubbing of the fingers since the age of 13 years is presented.
