Abstract
A 38-year-old man developed bilateral anterior cerebral artery territory in farction during the course of a migraine. Magnetic resonance imaging showed bilateral ischemic lesions involving the cortex of the paramedian region o f the frontal and parietal lobes, more prominent on the right. Cerebral ang iography was normal. To our knowledge, this is the first report of bilatera l anterior cerebral artery territory infarction from migraine.
