Abstract
We report on the coexistence of both chronic paroxysmal hemicrania and coug h headache in a middle-aged woman. Typical chronic paroxysmal hemicrania an d cough headache episodes appeared independently and responded to indometha cin. The possible pathophysiological significance of this concurrence of bo th types of indomethacin-responsive pain is discussed.
