Abstract
We describe optoelectronic mixing in a photohetero-junction bipolar transis tor to frequency lock two single-mode lasers at a frequency spacing of 50 G Hz, We demonstrate high locking stability with an uncertainty in the detuni ng frequency of only a few megahertz.
