Abstract
We show that the photon quadrature squeezing, the phonon quadrature squeezi ng and the polariton quadrature squeezing can exist in a model polariton sy stem at low temperature with the photons and the phonons initially being pr epared in the coherent states and the thermal states respectively and the d istributions of the photons, the phonons and the polaritons can be sub-Pois sonian. We also show that all these effects strongly depend on the temperat ure.
