Abstract
The dissolution of Cu from the stepped Pt(332) surface follows 0th order ki netics in perchloric or sulfuric acid, but not in the presence of chloride. An additional peak in the hydrogen region is observed for partial coverage s of Cu and Tl on Pt(332) and Pt(755) with and without the addition of chlo ride.
