Abstract
A stability criterion for linear systems with nonlinear time-varying delaye d perturbations has been derived in light of Razumikhin-type methods. As th e proposed criterion is easily applicable and independent of the delay size , it provides an effective method for the stability analysis of time-delay systems. (C) 1999 Academic Press.
