Abstract
High probability (up to 100% at 300 K) of charge phototransfer through a wi de (comparable with the exciting light wavelength) dielectric barrier with acceptors-p-elements (S, Se) and donors-nitrogen-containing aromatic molecu les an its boundaries was experimentally confirmed. An earlier unknown long -range D-A interaction was found in such a barrier and it was shown that, s imilar to a very narrow barrier, it is just this interaction which determin es the phototransfer efficiency.
