Abstract
Omental herniation through laparoscopic cannula sites is an uncommon but se rious complication of laparoscopy. Ifs frequency will probably increase as more and different types of endoscopic surgery are performed. Omental herni ation occurred in two women and was corrected under local anesthesia.
