Abstract
The authors developed an analytical method for the fast analysis of vitamin s in a complex matrix using in-line and complementary high performance liqu id chromatography with photodiode-array and mass spectrometry detection tec hniques. The method development was significantly faster when the authors u sed both the UV-vis spectral scanning capability of a photodiode-array dete ctor and the mass spectral scanning capability of an ion-trap mass spectrom eter.
