Abstract
Korsakoff's psychosis (Wernicke-Korsakoff-Syndrome) following severe, long- term alcoholism is considered to be widely resist ent to treatment. We repo rt two cases with beneficial effects of treatment by a combination of cloni dine and fluvoxamine.
