NEUES JAHRBUCH FUR GEOLOGIE UND PALAONTOLOGIE-MONATSHEFTE

as a mandible of the alligatorid Diplocynodon plenidens, is reinterpreted a
s the rostral part of a skull of a longirostrine tomistomid. It is similar
to Gavialosuchus gaudensis, a widespread species in the Miocene of Europe.
